Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism, answering phone inquiries and greeting visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Evaluate the client’s jewelry and timepieces, recommending appropriate repairs based on your knowledge of the industry (a plus). Utilize your computer skills to efficiently enter customer information and route repairs to the designated department.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to keep them informed on the status of their repairs, exceeding expectations with exceptional service.
• Assist the sales team on the showroom floor as needed.
• Prepare display cases before store opening and ensure accurate inventory count and inspection at closing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment within the department.
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Project a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the jewelry industry, particularly with repairs, is a plus.
• Jewelry design ability, while not mandatory, is a strong asset.
• Must be computer literate with strong data entry skills.
• Must be a detailed-oriented person
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, extended hours during peak seasons, and some holidays, is required.
